The video explains how Saunders Machine Works manages cutting tools in Fusion 360 by creating "Master Tool Library" files for each CNC machine and using Google Sheets spreadsheets to add more details and information about each tool number. They also use tool tags from Tool Box Bins to organize their tooling. This system helps them keep track of their extensive tool collection and ensure the correct tools are loaded for each job.
