Make Your Own Air Knife!

The video demonstrates how to build a DIY air knife using a 3D printed housing and a standard air nozzle. The creator tests various nozzle configurations and air pressures to optimize airflow and velocity, finding that a 1.5mm nozzle at 80 psi produces the best results for blowing away debris. This project would be useful for makers and hobbyists looking to create their own air knife for cleaning or drying applications.

If the air flow is not even around the ring, you might try having the compressed air enter from two, or even four, sides of the block.
Cmon youre not fooling anybody with your “I dont know what Im gonna use it for”. Explains the two day gaps pretty well too
If you stack a bunch of those devices together and used a combination of diesel fuel and compressed air, could you make a gas turbine engine (RamJet?) without a turbine or any moving parts?????
Now, think about intake port valve seats. hmmm.
Most of you have already experienced these! If you live somewhere that has a substantial seasonal temperature difference, you have probably walked through an automatic store/mall door and felt a sudden rush of air from above. This is called an air curtain, and it is this tech on a larger scale! They
