The video explores how 3D print orientation affects strength, surface quality, and printability through tensile testing and practical examples like a vacuum hose adapter. Testing reveals that angled printing at 45 degrees can improve strength for certain parts, but also shows that orientation impacts surface finish and requires careful consideration of supports and printability. The video provides practical guidance on choosing the best print orientation to balance durability, quality, and ease of printing for different applications.

6:29 I do insert modificators on my parts to make infill 100% on the screw holes. it makes the part almost metal strong.

The corner bracket should be printed upside down at 45 deg. This gives a much larger initial plate surface for the brim and the end of print comes to a point. It is also more stable during the print. Also reverse the orientation of the bridge, top down and that should eliminate the warping/overhang
