Overview
The O-flute (also called single-flute with polished flute) is specifically designed for cutting plastics. The polished flute face and geometry prevent the melting and re-welding that standard bits cause in acrylic and polycarbonate. If you plan to cut acrylic for LED signs, display cases, or enclosures, this is the bit to use.

Cutting acrylic and plastics with polished edges and no melting.
