In antwoord op nelson eduardo. As far as I recall, there was no macro for the tool change. Kitamura used a separate PCB to handle all ATC functions, with the Fanuc PLC only providing the interface.

unfortunately it is not recommended to have direct contact between the aluminum and concrete while it is curing, since during the curing process the materials react with another. That is to some degree prohibited by the anodized layer. Also the durfill data sheet also states this explicitly. I would rather recommend using polymer concrete. That also has the benefit that you dont need anchors.

In antwoord op Spikee. After i made 3 parts(base, tower and bed) for my cnc mill in epoxi granite i will never go back to epoxy. Its hard to work with, expensive, hard to get good surface finish. Need vibro table etc, makes a mess everywhere and hard to clean. I ofcourse discovered uhpc after. But seeing how easy it is to work with, cheap, good surfacefinish, 90-150 mpa, easy to clean. its a no brainer for my next project. You can get premixed bags cheap.
