Som svar til Spikee. After i made 3 parts(base, tower and bed) for my cnc mill in epoxi granite i will never go back to epoxy. Its hard to work with, expensive, hard to get good surface finish. Need vibro table etc, makes a mess everywhere and hard to clean. I ofcourse discovered uhpc after. But seeing how easy it is to work with, cheap, good surfacefinish, 90-150 mpa, easy to clean. its a no brainer for my next project. You can get premixed bags cheap.

I already bought a 2 stage Schurter Filter (Name: 5500.2617.03) with 36A! I guess this should work as well! I place the name here for all others how need a similar divice!

Som svar til Stefan. Hi , use a Schaffner 2 stage (net) filter, it is about 20-30 euro.

45-60GPa This is the normal range, choose ordinary aggregates can be. The key is whether you do post-processing, heating, etc.

thanks for your help! I have ordered this spindle now, too! With Cumark VFD! The communication with the seller was really good – I did it with Alibaba – Aliexpress was not possible!

Currently I am searching for an EMI-Filter! Which one do you use?

Hi nice article! It does indeed perform better with turbo on, I’ve got the 7040 with the same 6500T CPU, I did compile my own kernel and set the timer at 1000Hz instead of 300Hz and some other settings which I forgot (I do have the config file) with the following parameters added a max latency of 30uS (YouTube and 4x glxgears for about 30minutes):
isolcpus=3 intel_pstate=disable processor.max_cstate=0 idle=poll cpufreq.default_governor=performance i915.enable_dc=0 ahci.mobile_lpm_policy=1 nomodeset quiet

What also did make a difference was replacing the RAM 1x8gb for 2x4gb so it will use the dual channels
